You may choose to create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. When you do, we may receive:

Providing this information is optional. You can use Daily Tidy without creating an account.

1B. Device Information (Anonymous Use)

If you use Daily Tidy without logging in, we generate and store an anonymous device identifier to:

• Track daily task completions
• Track task interests
• Maintain your progress across sessions

This device identifier does not identify you personally.

1C. App Activity Data

We collect activity data related to app usage, including:

• Tasks marked as completed
• Tasks marked as interested
• Dates of activity

This data is used to show your progress, improve features, and understand overall app usage trends.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your account (if you log in)
• Sync your progress across devices
• Provide personalized task tracking
• Improve app performance and features
• Generate anonymous aggregate analytics (e.g., number of completed tasks per day)

We do not sell your data.

3. Anonymous vs Logged-In Usage

• If you are not logged in, your data is associated only with your device.
• If you log in, your existing device data may be linked to your account.
• If you later delete your account, your personal information is removed and activity data is deleted or anonymized.

4. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

When you delete your account:

• Your user account is permanently deleted
• Login identities are removed
• Associated sessions are invalidated
• Any remaining activity data is deleted or anonymized

This action is irreversible.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained only while your account exists.
• Anonymous device data may be retained for app functionality and aggregate analytics.
• Session tokens do not expire unless you log out or delete your account.

6. Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell personal data
• Share personal data with advertisers
• Track you across other apps or websites

Third-party services are limited to Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In. These providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure API communication and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your information.

8. Children’s Privacy

Daily Tidy is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access or delete your personal data. You can delete your account within the app.
